UPCOMING PROJECTS.
Our future is bright. Our class size is growing beyond what we can accommodate at our present location. To solve this dilemma, we have been opening new locations in the U.S. and around the world. Secondly, we are outfitting a semi-trailer as a mobile training center. The mobile training center will allow us to train 24 more students a day, 240 students per year.
We also plan to grow our program in other ways. In 2019, we started our first Veteran's only class. Also, the number of women joining the program is growing. In 2020, we started a class for women only we call WINC, Women in Non-Traditional Careers.
Veterans Class
We have a heart to expand our program to include young men and women returning home after serving our country. The unemployment rate of our Veterans is alarmingly high. These treasured Veterans of ours deserve our help learning a marketable trade in this booming business sector. It is our hope to offer additional classes exclusively for Veterans.
Mobile Training
Our most fervent dream is an 18-wheeler fitted with eight welding stations and a small classroom filling the demand for ReIGNITE Hope programs in neighboring cities within 100 miles of our home base in Gardena. Where students cannot come to us, the mobile training center allows us to go to them. We expect this innovation to immediately double the number of lives we can touch. Now it's a reality. New locations around the world
We believe our winning strategy to change the lives of gang members, the homeless and ex-offenders can work in any environment, any city. Many cities have expressed interest. Dallas, Las Vegas, and Cambodia are all actively taking the next steps.
