Mobile Classroom Hits the Road

Our first mobile training center hit the road this month. Rolling Hills Covenant Church is hosting our first two classes in their parking lot. Marcia Trani, Local Outreach Director for Rolling Hills Covenant Church, was gracious enough to arrange a partnership with Jeroll Rodgers, Youth Development Services for Harbor Hills, to select our first students. The classes are now underway. The photo below shows our very first class standing outside the trailer.

Due to COVID, our class sizes are intentionally small to protect both students and teachers. At full strength, class sizes can reach 24 students adding another 240 students per year doubling our current capacity to reach out to those in need. Where students cannot come to our home base in Gardena, we can go to them.
